From here, you can easily reach the seafront, discover the new seawall walk and enjoy the bathing facilities both private and public, also just a variety of restaurants are accessible within a short walk of the apartment.

Just 7 km away, at the foot of the Apuan Alps, lies the city of Carrara, with its charming historic center, mainly known for its artisan workshops and art studios.

From Carrara, numerous guided tours depart to the famous Cave di Marmo, which can also be visited on foot by following the many marked CAI hiking trails.

Curiosities of the apartment

The project was born from an attempt to recreate a simple yet refined space, a welcoming place and environment, conceived as if it were the perfect apartment I would like to find during a stay in my city. I've tried to create a solution that will satisfy those who want to discover Marina di Carrara slowly, enjoying the sea, the conviviality, and a new space where they can immediately feel at home, without sacrificing style. – Marco (host) -

My intention was to transform the apartment into a bright and harmonious space, ideal for relaxing even on overcast days. The interiors feature a clean and elegant style, with practical solutions designed to make every moment of your stay enjoyable. The layout has been carefully planned to ensure both privacy and comfort, creating a welcoming atmosphere for short breaks as well as longer stays, in a quiet setting that remains perfectly connected to the lively surroundings. The apartment offers a service terrace connected to the kitchen, as well as a larger terrace with views of the Apuan Alps, ideal for outdoor lunches and dinners. This terrace is accessible from both the living area and the bedroom.

The Carrara exhibition center and the motorway, which is about 500 meters away, are just five minutes away. Pisa and Lucca are about 50 km away, and Florence and Genoa can be reached in just over an hour. Versilia, with its prestigious shops in Forte dei Marmi, the art galleries and foundries of Pietrasanta, the elegant beach resorts and refined night clubs, is about 30 minutes away by car, Viareggio and the Cinque Terre are also easily reached by bus and train. The apartment is spacious, bright, and fully equipped with quality finishes. It also has two balconies, one of which is large and facing the front. The spacious and pleasant bathroom has a beautiful shower. The internal parking was convenient and ample for our four motorcycles. Marco, the owner, was very kind. The central location makes restaurants and the supermarket easy to reach on foot.
